Often, meetings are created from some object, for the purpose of discussing and resolving the topic addressed. These meetings require a complete history of information so that no question is left unanswered. With that in mind, it is now possible to link a meeting to a Solving Problem.
What this feature is for
The purpose of this feature is to fully record all information regarding the meeting and all actions arising from it. You can link meetings to Solving Problems.
Linking Meetings to Solving Problems
Fill in the data normally of the new Solving Problem. Then, in the new object screen, go to the “Related Meetings” section. Then fill in the filter information to make your search easier, such as the MU (Management Unit) where the meeting is located.
After you have filtered the result, choose the meetings you want to link to and click the link option. You can add or delete as many as you want by doing the same procedure while editing this object.
See the video below which shows the whole process.
You can link meetings in an existent Solving Problem. It’s not mandatory creating a new one. To link these objects, you must access the desired Solving Problem and do the informed process.
If you have an opened meeting in STRATWs One and, in the same time, you create a new Solving Problem you can link these items automatically. The system will do that for you, but if you don’t need to link them, for any reason, you can cancel this link, clicking in the system warning.
If you have any doubts about this feature, you can open a ticket in Zendesk and we will answer you!
