What is this feature for?
Until now, there was approval of the Performance Review made by the Manager or by the person being assessed in cases where there was no self assessment. From now on, the approval flow no longer exists and we will have the Return stage.
Feedback is a fundamental step, as it is with it that employees will have access to their results, discovering in which situations they are doing well and in which they can improve. Return stage is feedback that a leader gives to a team member, in order to guide him or her about their work performance. Informing employees about their performance over time, praising good results and showing points that can be improved significantly contributes to improving the work of the entire organization.
Performing the return
The Manager may carry out the feedback in the Return stage when all performance reviews of an employee are completed.
Go to Talent Management > Performance Evaluation and access the Subordinates tab.
Locate the employee who is in the Return stage and access their performance review. He must have all his evaluations completed (Self assessment, Manager, Peers and Subordinates).
The Return stage will be displayed containing the fields:
- Results and contributions for the area: required field;
- Strong points: required field;
- Points to develop: required field;
- General comments: not required field.
When the evaluation is in the Return stage, the results will be displayed on the side of the screen, where it is also possible to view the comparison of evaluations. The results screen can be viewed at any time through the tab .
To perform the Return, fill in the mandatory fields. And then click on the Finalize Return button.
The evaluated employee will receive a notification on Stratws and also by email about the completion of the Return stage.
Comments:
- The Return stage will only exist when there is a Manager evaluation enabled for the cycle and for the employee being assessed. Otherwise, the evaluation will automatically end after all your assessments have been completed;
- The responsible Manager will receive an email as soon as it is possible to carry out a Return from an employee;
- Administrators and Super users can finalize a return from any user, as long as the Results fields have already been filled in by the responsible Manager;
- Only Admins and Super Users can view the evaluation forms of all evaluators.
