What this feature is for

This feature allows the creation of IDPs independent of a Performance Evaluation, offering greater flexibility in managing employee development. It is also possible to have a consolidated and analytical view of the IDPs, making it easier to monitor them.

Accessing the feature

Go to Talent Management > IDPs.

This screen shows both the IDPs linked and those created independently of the Performance Evaluation.

From the list of IDPs, you can access the details of the actions and also execute them, if you have permission to do so.

Based on the current user profile, up to three different views of the IDPs can be made available:

• My IDPs: all the IDPs of the logged-in user are displayed;
• My team: all the IDPs of the employees who are led by the logged-in user are displayed;
  
  
• Company: the IDPs of all the Company's employees are displayed.

My IDPs

The My IDPs view is displayed by default when you access the functionality screen. This view shows all the IDPs for which the logged-in user is responsible.

You can filter the IDPs by Evaluation Cycle, Deadline and Status.

My team IDPs

The My team view is only displayed to those who are the leaders of other users. This view shows all the employees who are led by the logged-in user and their respective IDPs.

You can filter the IDPs by Contributor, Evaluation Cycle, Unit, Deadline and Status.

Company IDPs

The Company view is only displayed to those who are administrators of the Talent Management module. This view shows all the employees registered with the company and their respective IDPs.

You can filter the IDPs by Contributor, Evaluation Cycle, Unit, Deadline and Status.

Creating a new IDP

You need to be in the My IDPs or My Team views to be able to add a new IDP via the Create IDP button. In the My IDPs view, you can create a new IDP for yourself. In the My team view, you can create a new IDP for any of your team members.

Linking an IDP to an Evaluation Cycle

It is possible to link an Evaluation Cycle to the IDP that was created without a link. To do this, simply go to the action Details and select the Evaluation Cycle you want to link.

Linking an IDP to a Competency

It is possible to link a Competence to the IDP that was created without a link. To do this, simply go to the action Details and add the desired Competency to the link. If an Evaluation Cycle has been selected and the employee has been assessed in this cycle, the competencies for which they have been assessed will also be displayed for selection.
