What is this feature for
My Space is where are all tasks that does not have a link with an object, such as Problem Solving, Projects, KPIs, etc.
The created tasks have a link only with the user that created it.
Learning how to use My Space
Go to My Panel and click on the Tasks tab. After that, you will ser 3 tabs: I am the Responsible, That I designated and My Space.
In I am the Responsible tab, there will be all the tasks that have your user as responsible.
It’s also possible to filter tasks by Origin, Status, Deadline, Creator, Type, Criticity and Period. Besides, it is possible to search tasks by the name.
It is not possible to filter tasks by Responsible since the Responsible for the tasks will be always your user.
In That I designated tab are all tasks that have you as the creator of the task and that you designated it to another user.
It’s also possible to filter tasks by Origin, Status, Deadline, Responsible, Type, Criticity and Period. Besides, it is possible to filter tasks by its name.
It is not possible to filter tasks by the creator, since the creator is always gonna be your user.
In My Space tab are all tasks that were created by you and that will have no link with other objects on the system.
These tasks will be always linked only with the user. By clicking on Filter, it is possible to filter tasks by Status, Criticity and if will appear the Deactivated tasks.
It is also possible to search tasks by its name.
By clicking on Order, it is possible to define the order of the tasks as you wish.
On the inferior part, it is possible to add the task you want, you just need to fill the Description, the Responsible, Estimated Start and Estimated End and click on the icon.
In case that you click on the icon, it is possible to add and view details of the task.
It is not possible to filter the tasks on My Space by origin, because these tasks origin will always appear with the Individual Space name. This name appears by clicking on the information icon.
