What is this functionality for
The duplication of meeting's tasks alouds you to gain time in situations that is needed to create tasks with the same description for many collaborators.
Duplicating meeting's tasks
To duplicate a meeting's task, go to the Meeting Management module and click on the meeting you want.
After that, fill the task information and before you add the task, click on the icon and select the add and duplicate option. This option is also possible by pressing Crtl + D.
In the next tab, select the task’s responsible, the start estimated and the end estimated. After select that, click on the icon.
You can select how many responsible you want. But, by doing that, you are duplicating the task for which responsable selected. After that, click on continue.
By duplicating a task when you are creating it, it’s not possible to select the items that will be duplicate. That occurs because the task do not have items to duplicate yet.
By the moment that a task is duplicated, the user that is responsible for it now has permission to edit the task.
If the user does not have access to the original task, he will continue without accessing after the duplication.
After you duplicate a task, the designed user receives a notification where is possible to see who designed the task and the task’s details.
