Enable to view the tags related to meetings in the meeting list, in Management Meeting module and My Panel Schedule.

Viewing the tags of a meeting in Management Meeting

Access the Schedule in the Management Meeting module. The meetings will be displayed according to the date selected on the calendar:

Now, the tags related to the meetings will be displayed, bringing more context to who is viewing the list:
On the image above is possible to see that when there is more than three tags related to the meeting, the first three tags will be displayed and there will be a place showing the amount of remaining tags and, when move the mouse over this place, the system will display a tooltip with the tags that complete the list.

Viewing the tags of a meeting on the My Panel Schedule

Access the Schedule on the My Panel. The meetings will be displayed according to the date selected on the calendar:

As in the Management Meeting, the tags will also be displayed here.
