What is the purpose of this functionality?
The purpose of this functionality is to provide STRATWs users with the ability to use analysis tools such as brainstorming, cause and effect, Pareto analysis, and five whys during the planning and execution of projects and initiatives. These tools aim to improve problem-solving and cause analysis by enabling structured and systematic approaches to identify and understand the causes of specific problems.
By making these tools available within the platform, STRATWs offers users an integrated and efficient way to utilize proven analysis techniques. This allows teams to more effectively identify and understand the root causes of problems, facilitating data-driven decision-making and the implementation of relevant corrective actions.
