What this feature is for 

This functionality will provide a better experience and increased agility when visualizing documents. PDF documents, images, videos, and audio files will be visualized in a new browser tab. Furthermore, Documents with a more complex structure, like the ones from the Microsoft Office Suite, can be opened in the software directly installed on the user’s computer.

How to visualize documents with 1 click

Pdf files, Images, videos, and audios

Access any entity that allows a document to be attached, if there is any pdf, image, video, or audio document, Stratws should display a link that when clicked will display the content of the document in a new browser tab. As it is shown in the image below: 

Spreadsheets, Cronograms, Presentations and Text Documents

Access any entity that allows a document to be attached, if there is a Spreadsheet, Presentation, Chronogram or Text Document, Stratws should display a link that when clicked will open the file in the corresponding application. This application should be properly installed in order for the document to be opened, otherwise nothing should happen when the link is clicked.

Note: All entities that allow documents to be attached should provide this feature.
