What is this feature for
The Management Units (MU) are some groups that represent the area of your company. To register a Management Unit you need to go in the Settings and do the register at the system.
Signing Up Management Units
Go on Settings and click on Management Units. On the upper right corner of the page, click on add.
A modal will open. At that, you should fill the following information:
The Acronym of the MU, that’s the Management Unit initials.
The Description, that is the Management Unit name when the mouse goes over the initials.
The Subordinated to option is where you put a Management Unit that is above the one you are creating. If there isn’t one, you don’t need to put anything.
The Responsible for this MU is the User that is the manager of this Management Unit
The Display Tendency in the Scorecard is the option you select to put the Management Unit at the KPIs session.
The Mission option is where you put the Management Unit’s goals.
The Management Unit View is what the MU intends to be.
Management Units Limit
By contracting your plan, you choose the Management Units Limit. When you reach this limit, it’s not possible to add MUs anymore. A message will appear saying Your Management Units limit was reached
Deleting a Management Unit
To delete an MU, just select the Management Plan that the Management Unit is and click on delete on the right side of its name.
Before doing this action, it’s very important to check all the links created at the system, like KPIs, Problem Solving, etc.
