What is this feature for
The Community Interaction helps you in situations that your solution or occurrence involves direct interaction with communities.
To this function be allowed to be used on solutions and occurrences, it is needed to signing up the list first.
Signing Up Community Interaction
Go on the Settings module and, on the Improvement Opportunities tab, click on Community Interaction.
After that, on the modal that opened, click on Add. A list will open to add the requester information that you want to register.
The only essential information to the registration be done on the system is the name of the requester. But, it is possible to add: Address, Neighbourhood, State, City, Zip Code, Email, Phone 1, Phone 2 and Observation.
After filling all the information, click on save. You can add as many requesters as you want.
If you want to, it is possible to add the name of possible contacts to this community. Is just clicking at the created name and, on the contacts tab, click on add.
After that, fill the information and click on save.
To delete a register, is just pass the mouse through the name and click on the delete icon. After that, click on yes.
It is not possible to delete a register that is already been used in a solution or occurrence.
