What is this functionality for
The STRATWs allows the creation of tasks from different modules and contexts. From now on, it will be possible to classify tasks with Tags. Tags are a flexible sort mode, which assists the organization and management tasks. To Add Tags on a task you must first make these records.
Creating Tags
Go to Settings, on the General tab, click on the Task Tags option.
In the open tab, write the desired name for the Tag, then select one color and finally click Add Tag. The registered Tag will be displayed in the list below. It is not possible to create Tags with the same name.
Editing a Tag
It's possible to change the name and/or color of a Tag that has already been registered. To do so, go to the Tags listing in Settings, on the General tab, Task Tags. In the desired Tag, select the icon . The Name and Color fields can be edited, to finish the action just click on the save button. It is important to note that the Tag will be changed in all tasks in which it is being used.
Disabling a Tag
If you want a Tag to no longer be linked to tasks, but want to keep the Tag in the tasks as history, you can disable the Tag.
Go to the Tags listing in Settings, on the General tab, Task Tags. In the desired Tag and change the option from Active to Inactive.
Disabled Tags remain in task listings with a gray color, representing that they are disabled, however they will not be displayed as an option to link to a task. If you want to use Tag again, just activate it again.
Deleting a Tag
To delete a Tag, just go to Settings, on the General tab, click on the Task Tags option. In the desired Tag, select the icon .
You cannot delete Tags linked to tasks.
Mandatory use of tags when completing a task
STRATWs allow the user to decide whether tags should be mandatory to complete tasks. To do this, just go to Settings, on the General tab, click on the Task Tags option. In the first section of the page, this configuration is displayed. If this option is active, it will only be possible to complete a task, anywhere in the software, if the task has at least one linked tag. If this option is active, but there are no active registered tags, users will be able to complete tasks without tags.
