Why this feature is for
To ensure quick and direct access to the information of panels that are within the same context, through an easy and fluid navigation, which makes it possible to view the rating of many panels in the hierarchy without the need to access them to get this information, allowing a detailed analysis that can be very useful in meetings.
Changing the results program
The current results program name will be showed below the “Results Programs” item on the superior menu. To navigate to another, just click on the current results program name, a list with all programs that you have access will be showed, next, click on the program that you want to access.
Navigating on the hierarchical navigation of subordinates
Go to Individual Performance module and click on Results Program. After that, make sure you have the desired Results Program selected.
Click on subordinate hierarchical navigation icon to expand the management unit hierarchy tree. At that time, it should be possible to view the rating for both the current unit and its subordinates, and if any unit does not have a contracting, the icon should be displayed stating that it has no contracting.
Click on expand icon to continue expanding the unit hierarchy and the collapse icon to collapse. It is only possible to expand one unit at a time at the same level. If a unit is expanded and another unit at the same level is clicked to expand, the first must be retracted.
Click on panel access icon to access the panel of a subordinate unit. This action will redirect you to the selected unit's panel.
Click on panel details access icon to view panel details of a subordinate unit. This action will open a modal with the details of that unit's panel.
Click on name of a subordinate unit to view information such as responsible, parent and description.
Click on filter icon to define whether you want to display all units or only units with contracting. If a unit does not have a contracting but has a subordinate that does, it will be displayed when filtering only units with a contracting.
Click on search icon to go to another unit's results program. It should be possible to filter by the acronym or name of the unit and only those you have access to will be displayed.
Navigating on the hierarchical navigation of superiors
If the current unit has any superior, the hierarchical superiors navigation icon will be displayed, which when clicked will display the superior units you have access to. You can access the panel of any of these units by clicking on their name.
If a unit does not have a contracting, the icon of a unit without contracting should be displayed, informing that it does not have a contracting.
Click on filter icon to define whether you want to display all units or only units with contracting. If a unit doesn’t have contracting but has a superior that has, it will be displayed when filtering only units with contracting.
Changing the period of analysis
In addition to changing the analysis period through the semaphore, it is now also possible to make this change through the ruler with the months. This control is useful when a very large hierarchy is expanded, in which case the months at the semaphore may not be visible, but the ruler with the months will always be accessible.
To change the analysis period using the ruler, simply select the start or end month or drag the control to the desired month.
Viewing panel details
To access the details of a panel, in the hierarchical navigation, click on the icon to access the details of the panel , the system will display a modal with the main panel information of the selected unit and its semaphore.
Units at the same level of the hierarchy will also be displayed. To access the details of a unit at the same level of the hierarchy, just click on it, at that moment the screen will be updated with the information of the selected unit.
