What this feature is for
So, you have received a new Objective to be done and now you need to strive to archive the expected value. But… What are the steps you need to follow?
Now, it is possible to link Tasks to Objectives. To do that, it’s necessary to access the Objective’s properties and click on the “Create Task” option in the Initiatives section.
The Initiatives of an Objective define the steps to be followed in order to achieve the Objective’s results. The Tasks are Initiatives of an Objective.
To create a new Task and link it to an Initiative at an Objective, a description, responsible person and execution periods have to be entered in the Task.
Setting the Task’s progress
After the Task has been created at the Objective’s Initiative section, the responsible person can execute them by accessing its properties when clicking on the Initiative’s listing.
Sorting the Initiatives order
It’s possible to set the Initiative’s order at the Initiative’s section of an Objective when dragging and dropping the icon .
