Why this feature is for
Record the analysis of the results of employees and management units in a program over a given period. This record works like a “photograph” taken from the panels at the time of the calculation, so the information recorded does not change even when the panel is changed. This functionality can be used to bonus employees according to their results in the period.

Accessing the calculations of a results program
To create a calculation, simply access the Settings module, select the Management Plans option, choose the desired plan and select the Results Program in which the employees or management units are to be calculated. The results program configuration modal should be displayed.
Click on the Calculations tab. The content of this tab is a list with all the calculations of the selected program grouped by period, in this list, each line represents a calculated period and shows the number of employees/units, the number of calculations and the date of the last calculation of the period. If there is more than one calculation for a given period, the Last Count column becomes a link in which, when clicked, displays the list with all the calculation dates.
Creating a calculation
In the configuration screen of results program, in the apurations tab, click on the Count link.
The calculation generation screen should be displayed, select the period to be calculated and filter employees/management units using the controls on the screen. When applying the filters, the system must update the message at the bottom of the screen informing how many employees/management units will be calculated according to the applied filter.
When calculating employees, you can filter by units, roles and employees. It is possible to make a combination of these filters, for example, to determine certain employees (using the input of employees), or even all employees with a certain role (using the input of roles) that belong to certain units (using the input of units). The employees selected in the employee input will always be counted, even when for example there is a role filter that does not correspond to the selected employee.
When calculating management units, it is possible to filter by units.
To start the calculation, click on the Count button.
After completing the calculation, the program's calculation list will display the new record.
*It is only possible to do calculations by employees or management units that has contracting in the selected Results Program. The creation of calculation in Results Programs with preparation by user is restricted to system administrators, while the calculation in Programs with preparation by management unit is restricted to administrators who have access to the management unit to be determined.
Accessing the calculation of a period
In the configuration screen of the results program, on the calculations tab, click the desired period in the list of results program calculations.
Another tab should be opened in the browser with all calculated employees/management units. If the employee or management unit has more than one calculation in the selected period, the most recent calculation will be displayed and the '+' icon displayed before the employee/unit name expands the list when clicked, which allows viewing all calculations.
Accessing the details of a calculation
On the screen with the calculations of a period, click on the name of the employee/management unit. A modal will be opened in which information about the employee/unit, information about the calculation, such as period, Results Program and calculation date, will be displayed, in addition to the Results Program semaphore with information corresponding to the moment when the calculation was made.
The semaphore view can be changed to Table, an option where you can view the results for each month.
In the screen with the calculations of a period it is possible to filter the employees/units calculated, you can filter by the calculation dates and period of calculation, for calculation of employees it is possible to select units, positions and employees, for calculation of units it is possible to select units.
In addition to the filters, you can also navigate to the other results programs.

The calculations can be exported in .csv format. To do this, select the calculations to be exported and click on the ‘Export’ button in the upper right corner of the period’s calculations screen.
To delete calculations, select desired calculations and click on the ‘Delete’ button in the upper right corner of the period’s calculations screen.
