What this feature is for

Open the Panel of a collaborator, add some objective and indicators and suddenly, it shows their values and semaphores. The score is generated too and you know the bonus value that will be given to him! 😀

In some Indicators, their values are launched directly on the Sheet. But for some indicators, their values drill down in others indicators. We call “Cesta” when the drilldown is composed of other indicators and it makes a weighted average of their results. We call “Formula” when the drilldown is related by other indicators through a mathematical expression.

In Objectives the situation is the same. In some cases, the launched result is made directly. In other cases, the result of an Objective is composed by the progress of their Key-Results. We say that in this case the Objective drills down in their Key-Results.

The indicador could have drilldowns that won't contribute to their results too.

Ok.. so.. to visualize the drilldowns is necessary to click at the “+” button. This button is on the left of the indicator’s name in the Panel of the Results Program. You can view this working at the animation that follows:

And.. if you change the items of a drilldown while you’re analyzing an indicator or objective? Should you reload the entire screen and drilldown everything again? Not at all! 🤗

If you edit, change or remove any drilldown, all changes will be perceived without the need to update all the panels again.
