Individual Performance
What is this feature for?
If any user has a Panel created in a Results Program and has their registration deactivated, it will still be possible to access their Panel and also access their findings. If the disabled user has a Panel, but does not have any calculations, it will be possible to include this disabled user in new calculations.
Displaying disabled user panel
For this, it is necessary that the disabled user has a Panel created in the Results Program.
Access can be done through the user search field or through the hierarchical display, through the user's immediate leader.
If the disabled user does not have a created Panel, but he has disabled subordinates who have a Panel or even subordinates who are active, he will still be displayed in the user hierarchy as a path to his subordinates, without any access link. In this case, the disabled user is not displayed in the user combo.
Accessing or performing a disabled user count
For this, it is necessary to be an Administrator or Super-user and the disabled user must have a Panel created in the Results Program.
Go to Settings> Management Plan, select the desired Management Plan and access the Results Programs tab.
Choose the desired Results Program, access its edition and then access the Calculations tab.
When determining the program, it is possible to select the disabled user, if the user has created a Panel. The disabled user will be displayed in the list of users available for verification.
To view the calculation of the disabled user, simply access the desired calculation and click on the calculation of the disabled user.
