What is this functionality for
The Individual Performance module is a very valuable tool for analyzing and making important decisions in Human Resources Management, such as promotions, bonuses, training or dismissals.
In this module, we have the Results Programs, which represent a form of bonus for employees of a company based on their performance in meeting the goals of their area, business unit and/or the entire company.
The Results Program can be prepared by Management Unit or by user, that is, it is possible to create a results panel for a Management Unit or a specific results panel for a user.
The form of contracting can be carried out by a group of users or by a user.
In this article, we will focus on the Program's hiring and approval flow, how it works, how to visualize and evolve it in Stratws One.
Forms of Elaboration
The form of elaboration refers to the form of “evaluation” used in the program. A Results Program can be created by User or by Management Unit.
When the program is created by User, each user of the system can have a panel. In other words, in this format, the results relevant to employees are evaluated individually.
When the program is prepared by the Management Unit, each UG active in the system may have a panel. In this format, results relevant to an area of the company are evaluated.
Form of Contract
The form of hiring concerns which people will be responsible for creating the Program of Results panels. Thus, your hiring can be by Group or by User.
When hiring by Group, a group of users, defined above, is responsible for creating all the system's panels. Contracting takes place centrally.
In the case of contracting by User, a contract takes place in a decentralized manner. Each user creates their own panel, if the program is defined by user, or the person responsible for the UG creates the panel for their area, if the program is defined by Management Unit.
For Result Programs with Form of Elaboration by User, there is a flow of approval of the panels. This flow serves to ensure that the parties involved are in agreement and aligned with the construction of the panel.
- When selecting the Form of Elaboration by User, it is possible to enable or not the approval flow through the option "Enable panel approval flow";
In the case where the program is prepared and hired by user, the employee himself is responsible for preparing the panel and, then, his immediate superior is responsible for approving it;
After the user prepares his panel and sends it for approval, the immediate superior will receive a notification through the "Bell" icon on Stratws One and also by email for such approval:
How to perform the approval
To pass or fail, there are two ways:
The approving user simply clicks on the notification via the Bell or on the link received via email and he will be directed to the panel, being able to perform the action of approving or disapproving.
Or through the My Panel module, in the Agenda, under "Flows".
After approval or disapproval, notifications are also sent via the Bell and Email:
