Individual Performance
What is this functionality for?
The Results Program allows the creation of User/Area Panels to monitor individual performance. Permission to view these Panels may vary from company to company: some may have stricter rules, such as each employee viewing only their own Panel, and others may have less strict rules, such as Public Panels, where all employees can have access to all Panels.
This functionality provides flexibility, making the rules for viewing the Results Program Panels configurable.
Profiles that have permission for this feature
To configure Panels visibility rules, you must be an Administrator or Super User.
Configuring Panels Visibility Rules
To configure Panels visibility rules, access Settings > Management Plans. Choose a Management Plan and then a Results Program:
In the “Details” tab it will be possible to configure the rules.
Contracting Way by Group
In the Group Contracting Way, a pre-configured group of users is responsible for creating all the system dashboards. The contracting is done centrally.
This results program will be displayed in the listing for users belonging to the configured group and users who already have their dashboard created.
Contracting Way by User
In the User Contracting Way, the contracting is done in a decentralized manner. Each user creates their own dashboard if the program has a user-based creation method, or the person responsible for the Management Unit creates the dashboard for their area if the program has a Management Unit-based creation method.
The results program is displayed in the listing for all users.
Program with Elaboration by User
In Result Programs with Elaboration by User, the following options will be displayed:
- Public Panels: If Panels are set to Public, all users will have access to all Panels. If Panels are NOT configured as Public, it will be possible to select which Panels will be Visible from the options below:
- Direct Superior: Is the person configured as “Immediate Leader” in the employee's Profile;
- Indirect Superior: These are the superiors of the employee's Immediate Superior. They are in higher positions than the employee in the hierarchy, but do not lead him directly.
- Peers: These are people with the same “Immediate Leader” as the employee;
- Contributor Panel: It is the collaborator's own panel. This option cannot be deselected;
- Direct Reports: These are the people who have the employee in question defined as “Immediate Leader”.
- Indirect Subordinates: They are subordinate to the employee in the hierarchy, but the employee does not lead them directly;
Example:
Considering the hierarchy below for the employee “Gabriel”:
- Mariana would be the Direct Superior;
- Carla would be the Indirect Superior;
- Felipe would be the Pair;
- Bill and Luiza would be the Direct Reports;
- Rafael and Diego would be the Indirect Subordinates;
Program with Elaboration by Management Unit
In Result Programs with Elaboration by Management Unit, the following options will be displayed:
- Public Panels: If the panels are configured as Public, all users will have access to the Panels from all Areas. If the Panels are NOT configured as Public, it will be possible to configure what the Visible Panels will be.
To configure Visible Panels, you must choose one of the rule types:
- By Permission: Employees will be able to view the Panels of the Management Units to which they have access;
- By Hierarchy: In this model, it will be possible to configure which Business Units in the hierarchy users will have access to among the options below, regardless of their permission. The hierarchy is based on the Employee's Business Units (defined in the Professional tab of the User Profile).
- Peer Management Units: These are the Management Units subordinated to the same MU;
-
- Direct Superior Management Unit: It is the Management Unit directly superior to the employee's Management Unit in the hierarchy;
-
- Indirect Superior Management Units: These are the Management Units indirectly superior to the Employee's Management Unit. This option will only be available after selecting the previous option;
-
- Employee Management Unit: It is the panel of the employee's Management Unit. This option cannot be deselected;
- Direct Subordinate Management Units: These are the Management Units directly below the employee's Management Unit;
- Employee Management Unit: It is the panel of the employee's Management Unit. This option cannot be deselected;
-
- Indirect Subordinate Management Units: These are the Management Units that are indirectly below the employee's Management Unit. This option will only be available after selecting the previous option.
Example:
Considering the hierarchy below, if the employee is assigned to the “Service Desk” BU:
- Service Desk would be the Employee's Management Unit;
- Operations Department would be the Direct Superior Management Unit;
- CEO would be the Indirect Superior Management Unit;
- Onboarding would be the Peer Management Unit;
- Technical Support and Customer Attendance would be the Direct Subordinate Management Units;
- Compliments/Complaints and Information would be the Indirect Subordinate Management Units;
Navigating between Panels
Collaborators will be able to navigate between Panels using the icon.
In the navigation hierarchy, only the panels to which users have access will appear, according to the configuration performed. It is possible to use some facilitators during navigation, such as the Search for Collaborators/Areas and the option to Hide collaborators/areas without goal panels, which hides Users/Management Units without Contracted Panels.
To access a Hierarchy Panel, simply click on it.
Comments:
- For Normal profile users, Result Programs prepared by Management Unit and configured with Public Panels will only be accessible when there is at least one panel already created for any Management Unit.
