What is this feature for?

Currently, it is not possible for evaluatees to be initiated individually in an Performance Review Cycle. To start an Evaluation Cycle, it is necessary to pass all the existing Evaluation Chains to the “In Review” phase. This feature aims to break this barrier and allow the evaluatee to be moved from the stage of "In Preparation" to the phase of "In Review" individually or in groups in a massive way.

Options available to start performance reviews

From now on, the performance review can be started by:

• Collaborators, individually;
• Collaborators who have been selected;
• Collaborators searched on screen;
• All Collaborators, as previously.

Starting the performance review individually

To register or edit an Performance Review Cycle, it is necessary to have an Administrator or Super-user profile. After generating the Evaluation Chains , go to the Manage Evaluations screen (to learn more about Evaluation Chains , click here ).

On the " In Preparation " step card , click on the icon  to access the list of collaborators, where the evaluatees and their respective evaluators are displayed .

For each evaluatee, the Start evaluation command will be displayed .

Find the evaluated employee whose performance review you want to start and click on the Start evaluation option .

Ready! From now on, this employee's evaluators will be able to access the Cycle to carry out the Performance Review.

Starting performance review for selected employees

Locate the evaluated collaborators that you want to start the performance review and click on the selection option, available to the left of the names. After selecting the collaborators, click on the Start evaluation option.

From now on, the evaluators of these employees will be able to access the Cycle to carry out the Performance Review.

Starting performance review for surveyed collaborators

Access the search for collaborators and apply the desired filters for the search. After applying the filter, the collaborators that fit the searched criteria will be displayed on the screen.

Then, just click the Start X evaluations option , where X represents the amount of collaborators displayed.

Ready! From now on, the evaluators of these employees will be able to access the Cycle to carry out the Performance Review.

Starting performance review for all employees

In order for all collaborators to be sent to the review phase, simply activate the Start all assessments option (this option is only available when there is no filter applied).

From now on, the evaluators of all employees will be notified and will be able to access the Cycle to carry out the Performance Review.
