What is this feature for?

In the current view, an evaluatee's Immediate Leader has access only to Assessments in which he is an Evaluator. In this way, it is not possible that, in a Manager change, the new Immediate Leader has access to his team's past Evaluations. This objective aims precisely to change this behavior so that the Immediate Leader has access to all the results of his team, regardless of whether he is an Evaluator or not.

Accessing reviews of my subordinates performed by other managers

Access the Talent Management > Performance Evaluation menu. Then, choose the desired evaluation cycle and access the Subordinates tab.

All the employees who are your direct reports will be displayed, as well as the employees you have evaluated as a Manager.

• For collaborators for whom you are the current Manager, but who have not evaluated them, the following icon will be displayed , along with the information Contributor rated by:

• For employees who are the Manager who evaluated the following icon will be displayed, along with the information of Immediate Leader:

You will be able to view the employee's evaluation, their grades, their Individual Action Plans and also the feedback (when it has been carried out).
