Talent Management

What is this feature for? 

The reports from the Talent Management module allow you to monitor the progress of evaluations, Individual Action Plans, responses and evaluations results, as well as 9box evaluations results.

Profiles that have permission for this functionality

To access the Talent Management reports, it is necessary to have the Administrator or Super user profile.

Talent Management Reports

Go to Talent Management > Reports.

Inform the Management Plan and the Evaluation Cycle and then select the desired report.

To learn more about the available reports, access them below:

• Follow-up Evaluations;
• Follow-up of Individual Action Plans;
• Nine-box Evaluation's Results: this report is available when Nine-box Evaluation is enabled in the cycle;
• Evaluations Results;
• Reviews Answers.
