What is this feature for?

With this functionality, the Administrator will be able to monitor the status of performance reviews and know which ones have already been completed, started or not started. The visualization of the evaluations grouped by Evaluator will also be available.

Profiles that have permission for this functionality

To register or edit an Performance Review Cycle, it is necessary to have an Administratoror Super-user profile (to learn more about registering a cycle, click here).

Status evaluation counters

Access the edition of the desired Performance Review Cycle and, on the Manage Evaluations tab > card In Review, the evaluation counters for each status will be displayed: Not Started, Started and Completed.

To access the listing of evaluations by status, click on the desired status. Thus, the evaluations that matches to the selected status will be displayed, grouped by Evaluator.

Viewing the status of performance review in the evaluatees view

Access the desired Performance Review Cycle edition and, on the Manage Evaluations tab, click on the icon  or on the evaluation counters of the desired card (In Preparation, In Review or Completed). The default view will be shown grouped by Evaluatees.

Right in front of the position of the evaluators, if any, the icon corresponding to the status of the evaluation will be displayed, as follows:

• Not started;
• Started;
• Completed.

Viewing the status of performance review in the evaluators view

Access the desired Performance Review Cycle edition and, on the Manage Evaluations tab, click on the icon  or on the evaluation counters of the desired card (In Preparation, In Review or Completed).

In Group By, select the Evaluators option. Thus, the list will be loaded with the grouping of ratings by evaluators, also displaying the relationship under which it will be rating users (such as Manager, Peer or Subordinate).

The evaluation status of each appraisee will be displayed right in front of the name, as follows:

You can apply the assessment status filter if desired.

Right in front of the form, the link to access the evaluation will be displayed. However, the access link will only be available in the In Review and Completed phases.
