What is this feature for?

With this functionality, the Administrator will be able to access performance evaluations directly from the Manage Evaluations screen, within the cycle register.

Profiles that have permission for this functionality

To register or edit an Performance Review Cycle, it is necessary to have an Administratoror Super-user profile (to learn more about registering a cycle, click here).

Accessing the evaluations from the registration of the performance review cycle

Access the desired Performance Review Cycle edition. On the Manage Evaluations tab, the In Preparation, In Review, and Completed cards will be displayed. The link to access the reviews are only available In Review and Completed.

Locate the desired phase (In Review or Completed), click the icon (or the evaluatees counters) to access the listing. In the  Group by option, select the Evaluators option.

Find the evaluation you want to view and click View Evaluation and then you will be redirected to the performance review.
