Talent Management

What is this feature for

All the concerns related to the Performance Review will now belong to another module, named Talent Management. Therefore, a new section was created in the menu as well as in the Settings page, so that everything related to the Performance Review will be accessible inside the Talent Management section. The behaviors did not change, from now on they will be accessible through the new option in the menu.

Accessing the new Performance Review menu

Access the menu > Talent Management. Two access options will be shown:

• Performance Evaluation: accessible to all user profiles. Previously, this option was denominated as Manage Evaluation;
• Reports: accessible to the user roles: Administrator and Super-user.

Accessing the new section of settings related to the Performance Review

The settings related to the Performance Review will be accessible in Settings > Talent Management. Two configurations will be shown:

• Evaluation Forms: where the Performance Evaluation Forms are configured. Previously this option was denominated as Evaluation Matrices;
• Configure Evaluation Cycle: this option will take the user to the Management Plans screen, where the Evaluation cycles are currently managed.
