What is this feature for?
Calibration in the 9Box Matrix aims to review the performance evaluations of each employee, as well as discuss the results found. It is through it that managers are able to check the criteria used and balance the evaluations carried out, ensuring that employees have been analyzed in a fair and equitable manner.
Profiles that have permission for this functionality
To access the evaluation reports it is necessary to have an Administrator or Super-user profile.
Calibrating evaluated in the 9Box Matrix
Go to Talent Management > Reports. Inform the Management Plan, the Evaluation Cycle and choose the report Nine-Box Evaluation's Results. The Unit filter is optional and, if not informed, it will consider all employees from all Management Units. Apply the filter.
There are two ways to calibrate an evaluated in the 9Box Matrix:
- moving the evaluated to the desired quadrant;
- changing your notes.
To move an evaluated to another quadrant, locate it in the 9Box Matrix and click on it. Then, on the left of the screen, locate the desired quadrant for the subject and click on Move to here. Ready, the evaluated was successfully calibrated to the desired quadrant.
To change the scores of an evaluated, locate it in the 9Box Matrix and click on it. Then, on the left of the screen, enter the new scores you want to assign to the person being evaluated. Thus, it will be repositioned in the quadrant corresponding to the reported scores. Ready, the evaluated was successfully calibrated to the desired quadrant.
After calibrating an evaluated, information from the scores that were revised and from the previous quadrant will be displayed for viewing in the quadrant details.
If necessary, it is possible to return the evaluated to the quadrant of origin. To do this, just click on the evaluated person and click on the option Back to starting position.
